Pulelehua is a 304 acres fee owned master-planned direct ocean view community located near the world-renowned Kaanapali Resort on Maui, Hawaii. Primarily long-term rental by design, it is designed to serve a community that has been deprived of market-rate and affordable workforce housing as well as for-sale housing for over 2 decades.

Located on a gentle hillside with an unobstructed 180 degrees ocean view over former pineapple fields, Pulelehua is in the final process of site development approval and first phase construction is expected in 2021.

Pulelehua at full build-out will comprise of 1,000 residential units, multiple retail villages, an elementary school, a regional sports park, over 100 acres of open space, miles of continuous community jogging trails, state of the art environmentally sensitive infrastructure designs in Hawaii inspired thematic architecture.
